Pickleball continues to be the fastest growing sport in America, across age groups. Sports tourism is also on the rise, making pickleball a unique opportunity to benefit students, residents, and everyone's bottom line.

Goals

An investment in this low-cost, high-impact project empowers us and our partners to:

Replace BUSD’s upper two tennis courts at Vista Park with SIX tournament-class pickleball courts for Bisbee residents & students.

Support USA Pickleball Certification for BUSD staff and a BVI volunteer who will act as a training resource for local partners.

Create and circulate PicklePlay kits to local community centers.

Advertise to surrounding towns & cities.

Produce an annual pickleball tournament.
